Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. As many of our products are made to order, our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.


Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, please email info@mwcanineshop.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as return addresses may vary by product.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged:

  • Personalized items
  • Made-to-order apparel
  • Custom or special-order items

All sale items are final and not eligible for return or refund.


Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 48 hours of inspection.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Exchanges

We will replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

To request an exchange:

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference
  • Buyer’s remorse

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund, if applicable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over $75.


Shipping Issues, Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but reported missing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Carrier delays or delivery errors

If tracking confirms delivery, refunds or replacements will not be issued.

We strongly recommend using a secure and reliable delivery location.
